We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order and we can see if there is another option we can do to help you. Include your order number and photos of the item.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Dream Tag will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety.
In the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state of items, or error of goods received than ordered on line, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week of receiving it, along with a photo and proof of purchase, to discuss replacement of goods.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
