Dream Tag ships nationally in Australia & World wide. 

(The following policies apply to apparel only)

(COVID19) WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Our fulfillment times for all apparel may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

 

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with 2 facilities in Australia however some products are not available from those warehouses and the items will be made and sent from the US.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  •  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  •  Ask your local post office if they have your package

  •  Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at contact@dreamtag.com.au with your order number.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@dreamtag.com.au

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at[contact@dreamtag.com.au within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home, responsibility is yours but contact us.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

During COVID, Australia Post cannot guarantee the shipping time for express mail, however, they will ensure Express mail is prioritised.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item).

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS

Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $50

Orders under $50 are sent at a standard postage as calculated at checkout.

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen. Dream Tag uses Standard Air Postage which includes tracking.  If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.

If an international order is entitled to a GST refund.  This will occur after payment and before order has been posted.

You must pay the Order Amount by credit card or Direct Deposit at the time of submitting the Order. Dream Tag accepts Visa or Mastercard.

Free postage over $50 is for parcels sent to an Australian address only.

Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Dream Tag is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
